  My inspiration does not just come from one place, but rather a conglomeration of all that is pretentious. I’d say my biggest inspiration to start this bloggage came from fuckyeahmanlythings, as well as sheer boredom/procrastination and a lady known as Andrea Hage.

  Right now my inspiration comes from being on a computer that is so old the browser cannot support facebook (and I can’t even download Google Chrome). Any other iBook users out there? No? Okay.

  2. Brushing Your Teeth With Bottled Water

  

  Now that the boiled water issue in Boston has ceased, it’s safe to return to brushing your teeth with bottled water just because you’re an elitist. While saving the environment by using reusable water bottles in lieu of disposable bottled water is terribly pretentious, it is also too ostentatious for our amusement. So go ahead, I beseech you to use an eighth of that bottle to help shine those pearly whites.

  Having a coelom suggests the organism in question is highly evolved, much like the debut album of The Vines. BUT imagine having a fake coelom. It’s like having a body cavity that’s not actually a body cavity. That’s what pseudo means. You’re welcome.

  The Art of Pretentiary

  Since the dawn of time, there have been people who are naturally better than others. They are known as the pretentious—characterized by the largesse of their vocabulary and the deprecating tone with which they express their superior intellect. I sporadically have the tendency to be paradoxically draconian yet lenient, an audacious juxtaposition if you inquire with me.
